AHN KA HRA YEM

TIME is a construct.  Women kept time related to their cycles and bringing forth child (lunar).  Later, in the more patriarchal times, men decided to arbitrarily chop up the procession of the sun through the seasons in a manner which suited the requirements of that period (sidereal).

We now find it appropriate to incorporate our understanding of the movement of celestial bodies in a more comprehensive manner reflecting the juxtaposition of mutually determinant factors: THE SUN, THE MOON and THE STARS.

Our calendar has approximately 365 days just like the Gregorian sidereal.

The difference is that we observe 3 different tracks of time SIMULTANEOUSLY.

  1. The STARS – 13 Months Astrological/Cosmic (Various Lengths)
  2. The MOON – 13 Months (feminine)
  3.  The SUN – 12 Months (masculine)

Our weeks reflect these processes and are 12 days long, then each SOLAR Month is 30 days long, or 2.5 weeks.

There are 5 intercessory days…”DAYS OUT OF TIME” as they were called by the ancients…

SPRING & AUTUMN EQUINOXES

SUMMER & WINTER SOLSTICES

and THE LAST DAY OF THE YEAR CELEBRATION

which proceeds  THE FIRST DAY OF THE YEAR, A NEW BEGINNING.

There are 12 days of work which allow for more time with family, working on personal projects, traveling, educating yourself and emphasizing mental, physical and spiritual health.

People could work 10 days and rest 2 days or they can work 7 days and rest 5.  Days can be flexible and adjusted to personal needs for desired growth and maintenance.
